Job Description

We're looking for experienced, well-rounded engineers to help us take Hotel Ninjas to the next level. The technical challenge is very big and involves scaling our SaaS product to support millions of users. For example, one of the biggest obstacles for any software provider in the hotel industry is how to integrate to many different 3rd-party tools (think accounting, restaurant management, room management, phone systems, and many more) in a way that is scalable, doesn't repeat itself, and can be adjusted to different countries, integration patterns and technologies.

The first version of our product is great, but now needs to evolve. For this - we are hiring highly experienced Force.com developers to help us define the architecture and then implement it. The position is interesting especially if you like to breakdown complex engineering problems to modular, small parts, design and then develop the project with scale, reliability and speed in mind.

We are working in a multi-technology environment and some of the tasks will be done in other languages. We are especially in love with Python, but are open to use other technologies when the task requires a different tool.

This is a full-time position based out of Barcelona, Spain (No knowledge of Spanish is required).

Skills & Requirements

Solid experience in Force.com (Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, All Salesforce APIs, Salesforce1)
5+ years as developer with backend experience
Eager to learn new technologies and frameworks
Has worked in Agile development teams
A cool person that likes to build stuff
